Paris will host Davis Cup Final

The final of the 2002 Davis Cup by BNP Paribas will take place at the Palais Omnisports in Paris Bercy, an indoor clay surface.

The tie between France and Russia will be held from November 29 to December 1. Christian Bimes, the president of the French Tennis Federation, said the French team will train together for the final starting on November 18.

The two nations have met three times in Davis Cup play, with France holding a 2-1 edge.

The rosters for both nations are unlikely to drastically change leading into the final.
